Overview
At Vivienne Hale, your satisfaction comes first. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here for you and will work with you to find the best solution.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, have been altered or are sent back without their original packaging cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, clearance sale items and products marked as final sale are excluded from returns.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email contact@viviennehale.co with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will get back to you with the relevant instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If the return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible if items arrive damaged or defective. In that case, please contact us at contact@viviennehale.co.
